  • If we have room within the centre then we provide casual days to families.

  • We encourage every family to take advantage of orientation visits free of charge at the centre. These orientation visits are generally for approximately an hour where both the child and the parents can get a feel for how the room operates and ensure they are both comfortable.

  • We have a chef on site who daily prepares breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and a late snack for the children. We have a 4 week winter and summer menu (copy available in the Resources tab) to provide variety and nutritional value.

  • Yes, on enrolment we will inquire if your child has any specific cultural, medical and/or dietary needs to ensure we provide the best care. Our chef ensures that all children’s individual needs are met in relation to the food prepared.

  • We are more than happy to have a chat anytime you are in the Centre and you are welcome to call through if you have a query. We use Earlyworks which provides you with daily photos of your child in a group journal with a description of what they explored in their room that day. Individual updates on their development each month and daily communications where you can see what they have eaten, their nap times/ bottles etc. are supplied.

  • We are a Sun Smart centre and monitor UV levels all year around to ensure children are protected. Hats, sunscreen and appropriate clothing are necessary for outdoor play. Water bottles are checked throughout the day to ensure children have water to drink at all times.

  • We educate the children around the importance of sustainability and caring for the environment. For example, we have a vegetable garden for each room. Children are encouraged to look after their garden by watering it. We grow vegetables, strawberries and plant flowers where children can observe the growth and discuss this during their group times and activities on the educational program.
